About the Role

Moreton Hire is seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join our Melbourne team. Based from our East Melbourne office, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across exhibitions, events, conferences and major projects.

You’ll work closely with our national sales and project delivery teams, helping clients bring their events and activations to life while identifying opportunities to expand Moreton Hire's footprint across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow a portfolio of exhibition, event and corporate clients.
- Generate current business through proactive networking and relationship building.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to project delivery.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting through CRM.
- Work collaboratively with project managers,



operations and design teams.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions and client functions.

What We're Looking For

- Proven B2B sales or account management experience.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, construction, hospitality or related industries highly regarded.
- Self‑motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long‑term client relationships.
