Integrity Industrial are seeking an experienced Materials Logistics Officer to join a leading WA organisation.
This is an immediate-start chance based at the Bayswater facility, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Materials and Logistics function.This role would suit someone with a solid background in stores, warehousing, inventory control, or logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and taking ownership of stock movements and materials management.The RoleDuties can include but are not limited to:Receiving, storing and dispatching materials and equipmentMaintaining accurate inventory and stock recordsCoordinating deliveries and freight movementsAssisting with stocktakes and inventory control activitiesOperating forklifts and warehouse equipment where requiredLiaising with internal stakeholders regarding material requirementsProcessing transactions within inventory management systemsSupporting warehouse housekeeping and safety standardsUndertaking other duties as directedAbout YouPrevious experience in a stores,



warehouse, logistics or inventory roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritise competing tasksGood communication skills and ability to liaise with various departmentsExperience with inventory management systemsExposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be highly regardedA positive attitude and willingness to assist where requiredRequirementsCurrent Forklift Licence (highly desirable)Previous stores/warehouse experienceNational Police Clearance dated within the last 6 monthsAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen if requiredA detailed resume demonstrating your relevant experienceIf you are available to start immediately and have experience within materials, stores, warehouse or logistics operations, we would love to hear from you.
