InfoTrack is seeking a proactive People & Culture Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day HRIS and payroll processes across the group. You will ensure data accuracy, support payroll cycles, and deliver insightful reporting to drive HR decisions.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Head of People & Culture, Finance, and the wider P&C; team to enhance systems, analytics and employee experience, while navigating Australian employment laws and up-to-date awards.
