Your primary purpose is to deliver high quality end to end claims management for a variety of vessel types from runabouts to high value yachts and cruisers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain robust relationships with direct customers,



insurance brokers and repairers throughout the claims process.Handle claims on a variety of different hull classes and repair types.Understand client needs and deliver prompt, tailored claims service.Ensure claims management rules and guidelines are consistently upheldShare your knowledge and enthusiasm as a genuine boating enthusiastCollaborate with the team to enhance service, efficiency and processesWhat You BringPrevious Pleasurecraft or Marine claims experienceExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build mutually beneficial relationshipsProficiency in MS Office and Insurance Claims Platforms experience is highly advantageousStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyA drive to meet and exceed targetsAbility to work autonomously and within a teamA genuine passion for boats!
