What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting rope access crews on site
- Driving a strong safety culture through pre‑starts, toolbox talks, and compliance checks
- Overseeing equipment inspections and ensuring IRATA standards are met
- Mentoring Rope Access Technicians and helping them grow
- Working closely with clients and site teams to achieve project outcomes
About You:
You’re someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a team environment, and puts safety first.
- Must be based in Perth, WA
- S26 certification is mandatory
- Experience in mining shutdowns or maintenance projects
- Current IRATA certification
- Mandatory tickets: Construction White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid & CPR
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Bonus: Rio Tinto, Roy Hill, or FMG inductions
