We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team in Sydney, supporting a modern Microsoft 365 / cloud-first environment.

This role will see you working closely with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality end user support in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot desktop, application, and endpoint issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Manage Microsoft Teams administration
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding in Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions
- Support endpoint management (Intune) and device compliance
- Maintain endpoint security using Microsoft 365 / E5 capabilities
- Deploy and support laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations
- Log and manage incidents in the ticketing system
- Work within a team-based IT support model
- Provide support to users across the business,



including senior stakeholders and business leaders.

Skills & Experience

- 3–5+ years in Desktop Support / EUC / IT Support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365), Microsoft Teams, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune / endpoint management
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 E5, including security, compliance, and identity capabilities
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced support environment
- Experience with Trend Micro / Trend AV or similar endpoint security tools (desirable)
- Experience supporting multi-site environments (desirable)
- Experience with device rollouts or migrations (desirable).
