Yourtown is seeking a values‑driven leader to oversee a team of Kids Helpline Counsellors in Docklands, Melbourne, working with the Virtual Services team. You will lead, coach and align practice to deliver high‑quality client support and outcomes consistent with the organisation’s mission and values.

Role emphasises safeguarding, multidisciplinary collaboration and staff wellbeing, with flexibility to support team needs and flexible schedule from 7am–8pm, Monday to Friday.
