O&M; Manager - Solar & BESSLocation: Sydney, NSWSalary: $150,000-$200,000 + Super + BonusA leading renewable energy engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced O&M; Manager to lead solar PV and BESS operations across Australia.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will oversee O&M; delivery, asset performance, and technical operations, managing a Sydney-based engineering team of three engineers and a wider field workforce of technicians and contractors (20+ people).
Key ResponsibilitiesLead solar and BESS O&M; activities across Australia.Manage engineering teams, site technicians, contractors, and client relationships.Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, asset performance,



and optimisation.Utilise SCADA systems for monitoring and performance improvement.Provide technical leadership across electrical systems and renewable energy assets.Support domestic site visits, including regular travel to Victorian assets.About You5-10 years' experience in solar O&M;, or BESS.Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical infrastructure, and SCADA.Experience working with European renewable energy companies or clients.Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills.Electrical trade qualification is desirable but not essential.Package & Perks$150k-$200k + super + annual bonus (up to 9% of base salary).
