The Opportunity
Express Windows and Doors is a growing, tight-knit team based in Salisbury, QLD. Due to company growth, we're looking for an experienced
Window and Door Fabricator
to join our workshop team.
If you have experience with Alspec residential and commercial window systems, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a supportive team that's expanding, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a
permanent, full time role
with weekly pay, on-site parking, and genuine training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Inspecting incoming materials for quality and accuracy
Reading and interpreting shop drawings
Cutting and punching aluminium profiles
CNC machining (experience preferred but not essential – training available)
Assembling residential windows and doors
Assembling commercial window and door products
Ensuring quality assurance at every stage of fabrication
Maintaining a protected and organised work workplace
About You
Essential (Must-Haves)
Proven experience in aluminium window and door fabrication (3+ years preferred)




Experience with Alspec residential and/or commercial systems (or similar)
Ability to read shop drawings accurately
Strong problem-solving skills
Valid manual driver's licence
Solid Attention to Detail
CNC machining experience
First Aid certification

Hours:
7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (occasional overtime available)
