Amplifon in Melbourne is seeking a CRM Go-To-Market Specialist to drive CRM strategies across stores and the Call Centre, ensuring alignment with Sales, and delivering data‑driven campaigns that grow the business and improve customer retention.
You will work with Retail, Call Centre, Training and IT to implement CRM initiatives, monitor performance, and continuously enhance the customer experience, using KPI tracking, analytics and stakeholder engagement.
