Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualified CA/CPA and experienced hands‑on Client Manager.
- Relationship‑driven leader dedicated to building the capability and empowerment of colleagues.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- 5+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting.
- Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios of at least $500k+ fees.

Role Responsibilities
- Client management including action plans, workflow, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
- Technical responsibilities: review of financial accounts and income tax returns, tax planning, budgets and forecasts, and analysis prepared by the junior team.
- Career development: mentoring, training and on‑the‑job coaching of colleagues.
