Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business.
About the Role
Rates: $30.75ph plus 25% casual loading. You will be based at our Port Lincoln Concrete Plant. Most days will start at 6am and drivers will do up to 38 hours per week with regular overtime.
- Driving an agitator truck, making multiple deliveries throughout the day.
- Interacting with a variety of customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Using cutting-edge technology to map routes and track loads.
- Maintaining a clean, skilled appearance of the truck.
- Completing a 10-day training program before independent operation.
About you
- Minimum of an HR license (essential).
- Previous driving experience (preferred).
- Comfortable interacting with unfamiliar people.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test; random testing conducted on all Heidelberg Materials sites.
- Willingness to keep the truck well maintained and presentable.
