We are seeking a Manager for our Retail Hair & Beauty store in Maitland.
This is a full time position that offers a fantastic prospect to manage a dynamic retail workplace within the hair and beauty sector.
You will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
TKey responsibilitiesLead and manage a small retail team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicatorsOversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentationTrain and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer serviceMonitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvementManage inventory levels,



ordering and stock control to minimise wastage and maximise profitabilityCreate and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and repeat businessMaintain knowledge of current hair and beauty products, trends and industry developmentsWhat we're looking forProven experience in retail management with hands on experience as a hairdresser.Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiencesSound knowledge of retail operations, including stock control, merchandising and visual displaysStrong communication and interpersonal skills at all levelsProficiency with retail management systems and point of sale softwareA passion for the hair and beauty industry and current trends is highly desirable
