The role involves outreach to young people who are homeless or at risk, caseload management, and coordinating access to housing and essential services. You will work with families, carers and communities to build secure futures.
This maximum term, full time position requires trauma-informed, culturally protected practice and will involve some after-hours work. A current Queensland driver's licence is preferred.
