Job Specification – Moreton Hire (East Melbourne)

Role Purpose

Account Coordinators support Moreton Hire’s event operations by preparing, delivering, installing, and maintaining event infrastructure and equipment. This role ensures that all event builds meet Moreton Hire’s standards for safety, quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Setup & Pack‑down — Assist with the installation and dismantling of high profile Event and Exhibitions supply furniture, signage, and event equipment.
- Site Delivery & Logistics — Load and unload trucks, prepare equipment for dispatch, and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
- Customer Interaction — Represent Moreton Hire professionally when working onsite with clients, venues, and contractors.
- Quality Control — Inspect equipment for damage, cleanliness, and readiness before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance — Follow all WHS procedures, PPE requirements, and site‑specific safety rules.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to read job sheets,



floor plans, or build instructions.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late finishes, weekends, and event‑based schedules.
