Customer Service Administrator

Willawong | $36.81 per hour | Monday‑Friday | 8:30am‑4:30pm

Responsibilities

- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer information and data entry
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt service
- Providing a professional and friendly customer experience

Qualifications

- Previous customer service and/or administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- A positive, team‑focused attitude

Business Development Representative

Brisbane CBD | $38.89‑$40.84 per hour | Temp‑to‑Perm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting clients, building long‑term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business.

Responsibilities

- Developing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts




- Conducting client visits and presentations
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
- Monitoring market opportunities and industry trends

Qualifications

- Experience in business development, sales or account management
- Strong relationship‑building skills
- Confidence working both over the phone and face‑to‑face
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
- A self‑motivated and professional approach
- Experience in waste management, logistics, construction or related industries (highly regarded)
