Join Macquarie University's Accommodation Services team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residential students. Your contributions will directly enhance the student residential experience, fostering a vibrant and supportive community

- Annual Salary: $75,000 per annum + 11.5% superannuation
- Appointment Type: Full‑time (38 hours/week), continuing
- Location: Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde

The Role

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support to enhance the accommodation experience for students residing at Macquarie University's Central Courtyard.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all stages of the resident journey – from initial enquiries and room viewing bookings, orientation, rent collection, room inspections and contract enquiries
- Respond promptly to accommodation enquiries, ensuring all matters are addressed and resolved efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure that reception, office and communal areas are presented to the highest standard
- Handle resident complaint and disputes with respect and care, escalating to the Accommodation Management Team as appropriate
- Liaise with the Property team to raise and follow up on maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements to administrative systems, processes, and procedures fostering a positive team culture.

You have a service‑focused mindset with the ability to work within a team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a customer‑facing role,



have strong communication skills and would love to work with, and support our culturally diverse residents.
