Our client is looking for an Admin Support Coordinator to join their team.

Duties

- Oversee the technical and administrative support call centre operations, ensuring adequate staffing during standard business hours
- Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to support diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair processes across the dealer network
- Provide telephone-based technical support to assist Field Service staff
- Respond to technical queries related to parts, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
- Assist in managing consumer technical inquiries via phone and email




- Maintain a complete library of product service manuals for use by internal staff
- Manage technical/service bulletin SharePoint site for the AfterSales dept

- Ability to work and function well within a team, but to also work well autonomously
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Must have your own car and license
