RACV Limited is offering a 12-month People & Culture Graduate Program commencing February 2027, based in Victoria. The program provides rotations across HR functions, mentorship, and a capstone project to present to senior leaders.
You will complete three rotations, gaining hands-on experience in Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Shared Services, with a permanent full time opportunity thereafter.
