Annangrove Preschool Kindergarten (APSK) is seeking a passionate and experienced
Diploma Qualified Educator
to join our team on a full time basis. This is a fantastic prospect for someone looking to grow into leadership — you'll work closely alongside the Director and Nominated Supervisor, gaining hands‐on exposure to the day‐to‐day running of the service and building the skills needed for future progression.
About the Role
Plan, implement and evaluate engaging educational programs in line with the EYLF V2.0
Work alongside the Director and Nominated Supervisor, supporting and delegating tasks throughout the day to keep the service running smoothly
Step into the Responsible Person role when required, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQS & National Regulations)
Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and your room team
Support the mentoring and guidance of junior educators and trainees
Maintain accurate documentation, observations and compliance records




About You
Diploma level qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Confident taking initiative, delegating tasks and supporting team leadership day-to-day
Motivated to grow into a leadership pathway (2IC, Room Leader, or beyond)
Strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills
Reliable, organised and passionate about high‐quality, play‐based learning
Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates (or willing to obtain)
