As a Regulatory Treasury Business Analyst, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, assess the impact of change, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
You'll support the successful delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business, data, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Assess the impact of proposed business and regulatory changes.
Analyse current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.




Map business processes and data flows to support solution design.
Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across multiple projects.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and agile delivery practices.
About You:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
Experience working across both business and functional stakeholders.
Solid analytical and problem‐solving skills with experience in process mapping and data analysis.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
A collaborative approach and the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.
Experience working in Agile environments.
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
Exposure to treasury, regulatory change or financial risk initiatives will be highly regarded.
