T2 Tea, a premium tea brand, is opening a flagship store in Chatswood Chase. We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the recent concept, oversee daily operations, rostering, stock and visual merchandising, and build a team of engaged brand ambassadors.
You will drive exceptional customer service, achieve sales and wage targets, ensure policy compliance from head office, identify development needs, and nurture future leaders. Sundays and Mondays off are included in the roster.
