The role is fully remote, based in Victoria, and reports to Head of Call Centre. You’ll lead a remote team of 15 consultants, with plans to double to 25 this year.
You’ll implement structure, coach consultants, refine processes and drive continuous improvement across the sales function, delivering against KPIs and revenue targets.
