Resource Recovery Contract & Service Delivery Officer
We are seeking amotivated professional to join the Gregadoo Waste Management Centre team as theResource Recovery Contract & Service Delivery Officer.
In this key role, youwill manage waste contracts, support strategic project delivery, and providehigh-level administrative and customer service support. You Will coordinatecontract management, support daily facility operations, assist with dataanalysis, and foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders whilstensuring continuous process improvements as part of your responsibilities.
- Remuneration package of $3,369.50 gross perfortnight with the prospect to progress to $4,043.40 gross per fortnight +superannuation (12%).

Key Responsibilities:
As the Resource RecoveryContract & Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible to:
- Support and coordinate strategicdeliverables in conjunction with management, this would entail guidingprojects that align with Councils’ strategic goals, supporting internalprocedures, and tracking program delivery.
- Provide project managementadministration support across GWMC including project planning, riskmanagement and stakeholder communication.
- Provide support through research,analysis, statistical data and data management activities for improvedoutcomes of the business unit.
- Undertake contractor administration inconjunction with the management including but not limited to managingCouncil’s key contracts, preparation and delivery of contract managementplans, oversee deliverables and work towards continuous improvement.
- Lead,
support and manage the team toensure daily administration tasks are carried out for the facility,including contamination management, purchase orders, invoicing, emailinbox, response to requests, reporting, monitoring and record keeping,applications, agendas/minutes and general administration tasks asrequired.
- Support the GWMC team to utiliseCouncil’s corporate systems and processes for recording correspondence anddocumentation.
- Foster collaboration and communicationamong team members and key stakeholders to maintain a high level ofdelivery.
- Provide clear and accurate advice to arange of stakeholders on moderately complex operational and administrativematters.
- Proactively engage and collaborate withCouncil's Customer Service Team to ensure accurate waste serviceinformation is consistently provided to customers.
- Support and seek continual business andprocess improvements for the GWMC Facility and provide support tomanagement as required.
- Ensure written procedures are developedin line with all tasks associated with the role, and seek opportunitiesfor continuous improvement to processes, procedures, systems andoperations.
- Provide high-level administration rightsfor site software, required to research and ensure systems and processesare current and relevant.
- Perform other duties in support of theGWMC team as directed, relevant to skills, competence and training.
Essential Requirements of the Position:
As the successful applicant, you will bring astrong mix of qualifications, skills and professional experience, including:
- MinimumCertificate IV in Business, Business Administration, Project ManagementPractice and/or related discipline and/or demonstrated professional experiencerelevant to the role.
- CurrentClass C Driver’s Licence.
- GeneralConstruction Induction Training Card.
- Demonstratedexperience, skills, and knowledge relevant to the role, including but notlimited to: Business administration; Project management including projectplanning and deliverables; and Organisational and time management skills i.e.,an ability to organise and prioritise workloads, and to meet deadlines whilemaintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly proficientin the use of computer systems, Microsoft Office and other relevant softwarepackages; and
- Experienceleading and working effectively in a team and independently.
