Powder Tanker Repairs Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Emu Plains, NSW. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of heavy vehicles and be part of an creative and growing company in the automotive industry.
What you'll be doing
Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on Powder Tankers
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues
Perform inspections and identify any necessary repairs or replacements
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed
Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations
Assist with the training and mentoring of junior mechanics
What we're looking for
Qualified heavy vehicle mechanic with relevant experience
Certificate IV in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems in heavy vehicles
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service
Must have Australian work rights
