Play a key role in supporting the effective management of Wodonga Council’s property portfolio. As Property Systems Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administrative, systems and coordination support across a diverse range of property activities—helping ensure our records, processes and transactions are accurate, compliant and running smoothly.

Key aspects of the role:
Maintain property systems and records
Manage Council's property management systems and records, ensuring lease, licence and asset information remains accurate, up to date and compliant. Your work will provide a reliable foundation for property management activities, reporting and decision-making across the organisation.
Coordinate leases, licences and property transactions
Support the administration of Council's leases and licences, including renewals, documentation and compliance requirements. You'll also assist with property acquisitions, disposals and other transactions, helping to ensure Council's property portfolio is managed effectively and meets legislative obligations.
Prepare property reporting and governance documentation
Develop reports, correspondence and property-related documentation that supports governance processes and informed decision-making. By maintaining accurate records and documentation, you'll help ensure property matters are managed consistently and compliance requirements are met.
Build relationships and improve property processes
Work closely with internal teams, tenants, community organisations and external stakeholders to respond to enquiries and support property-related activities. You'll also contribute to improving systems and processes, helping to enhance efficiency, consistency and service delivery across the property function.
What we’re looking for
Demonstrated experience in administration, ideally within property or a similar environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
Experience using Microsoft Office and corporate systems
Qualification in Business Administration (or similar) is desirable
