Cannon Hill Anglican College is a progressive, co-educational, independent school that caters for 1355 students from Prep to Year 12, with over 200 dedicated staff. THE ROLE
The Property Services Team Member plays an significant role in supporting College operations by carrying out duties to ensure the efficient operation and effective maintenance of College buildings, grounds and equipment. The successful applicant will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance plan and in order to meet specific needs.
The core duties will involve:
- Maintaining College Grounds
- Candidates must be capable of moderate physical work as required for grounds maintenance duties
- Maintaining College Buildings and Facilities
- Supporting College Events taking place both on and off the campus.
A current driver's licence is required.
This role is available as a full-time, permanent position.
Possession of a current "Working With Children Authority Card" issued by Blue Card Services is an essential requirement of this role.
