Do you come from an MSP or fast-paced managed services background where you've worked across multiple clients, infrastructure projects, escalations, and cloud environments?

We are seeking a technically strong, client-focused Senior Infrastructure Engineer (L3) to join a high-performing delivery team supporting enterprise and mid-market environments across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on across infrastructure, cloud, virtualisation, networking, and Microsoft environments, not just maintaining systems, but actively building and improving them.

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading Australian provider of cyber-first technology and managed services, to find an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer (L3) to join their Sydney delivery team.

This is a senior technical role responsible for:

- L3 escalations (approx. 20% escalations, 60% projects, 20% other)
- Cloud and hybrid environments

You’ll work across multiple client environments in a collaborative and highly technical MSP setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting and building complex infrastructure environments across multiple clients
- Managing L3 escalations across server, cloud, networking, and virtualisation technologies
- Delivering infrastructure projects, migrations, onboarding, and deployments




- Supporting AWS and hybrid cloud environments
- Working across Microsoft technologies including M365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Server
- Troubleshooting complex infrastructure and connectivity issues
- Supporting backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security platforms
- Working directly with clients to provide clear technical guidance and solutions
- Mentoring L1/L2 engineers and contributing to technical knowledge sharing

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years' experience in a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer, or L3 Support role
- Strong MSP
- Strong hands-on infrastructure engineering capability
- Backup & DR technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues end-to-endExperience working across multiple concurrent environments and priorities
