About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing Australia team.

This is a hands-on chance to gain practical experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, employer branding, and recruitment operations. You'll work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition professionals while supporting the growth of one of APAC's fastest-growing fintech companies.

This internship is designed as a pathway to a full-time role, with outstanding interns considered for permanent opportunities as KPay continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment across sales and corporate roles
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and deliver a positive candidate experience




- Maintain candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prepare candidate summaries, recruitment reports, and offer documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and recruitment campaigns

What We're Looking For

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with candidates over the phone
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactiveEager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or other customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, SEEK, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Leadership or extracurricular involvement at university
- Additional language skills
