Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking an eCommerce Operations Administrator in South Melbourne. You will bridge stores, Customer Care, DC and 3PL, owning daily ticketing operations and keeping orders on‑time.

You'll triage Zendesk queues, monitor SLA metrics, and partner with couriers to resolve issues while supporting store teams with real-time guidance. Hybrid role with 5‑day week and weekend rotation.
