The Atlantis Group is seeking a Performance & Capability Lead to coach and develop 10 Centre Managers and one OSHC Centre Manager, across a network of centres in metropolitan Perth. Based at Currambine Support Office, you’ll drive leadership capability, performance, and sustainable outcomes through strategic, operational focus.
You’ll coordinate with internal specialists, manage risks, and ensure centres achieve KPI targets while building a high-performance culture across the network.
