The role is for Home Care Workers in the Northern Sydney Region on a Permanent Part Time basis. Locations include Frenchs Forest, Dee Why, Collaroy, Mona Vale, Terrey Hills, Berowra, Lindfield, Manly, Balgowlah, North Sydney, Cromer, Mosman and all over the Northern Sydney Region.

About the Role

You’ll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes day‑to‑day care, building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car; you’ll be paid $0.99 per km plus paid travel time.

- $32.91 to $36.50 per hour plus $0.99 per km plus paid travel time plus mobile phone provided

About You

- You’re a people‑person who is patient and solutions‑focused
- Previous experience in aged or community care, or a desire to start a career in aged care
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (minimum third‑party property insurance)
- Ideally, a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support; if not qualified, we can help
- Flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
