HammondCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to support and inspire the team at Daw Park, South Australia. In this role you will deliver HammondCare’s Mission and Model of Care by playing a key part in residential clinical care delivery and ensuring services are tailored to meet the needs of each resident.
Responsibilities
- Advise Managers, SDAs/RNs and Care Staff on clinical care delivery aligned with HammondCare’s model of care.
- Provide education in clinical areas and processes and assist in the facilitation of clinical care delivery by Carer Support.
- Investigate clinical or resident incidents as required.
- Ensure compliance with aged‑care legislation, standards and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee the clinical performance and quality of care delivered to residents.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience as a Clinical Care Manager.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration with AHPRA.
- Multiple years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff.
- Experience managing,
engaging and developing a team.
- Experience managing financial performance.
- Empathy, compassion and patience.
