Coles Group Graduate Program offers two years (three years for Finance) of hands-on learning designed to help you grow and make an impact, with rotations across functions and the opportunity to take on meaningful work in-store and online.
You will work on real deliverables with explicit ownership, participate in the Innovation Project in year two, and be supported by a tight-knit network as you develop toward leadership roles.
