Food and Beverage Supervisor - Sails by Rydges Port Macquarie

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic F&B; Supervisor to join our Conference & Events team. Overlooking the Hastings River, our purpose‑built waterfront Conference & Events Centre plays host to everything from corporate conferences and gala dinners to weddings and celebrations for up to 600 guests.

In this role, you'll lead the floor during events, ensuring every function runs smoothly from setup through to service. You'll supervise and motivate a team of F&B; attendants, coordinate closely with our Conference & Events and Culinary teams to deliver seamless guest experiences, and help maintain the high standards our clients expect — whether it’s an intimate boardroom lunch or a black‑tied gala.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, ideally within conferencing, banqueting, or event catering
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team under pressure




- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts including evenings, weekends, and event‑driven hours
- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
