Responsibilities

- Lead day‑to‑day store operations and customer service
- Support inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
- Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
- Help drive store performance and implement promotions
- Step in for the Store Manager in their absence

Qualifications

- Retail or hospitality experience
- A passion for leading and supporting teams
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- The desire to take the next step into leadership
