Support young people in the community through skilled and thoughtful case management, backed by a strong team. This is an ongoing or fixed‑term, full‑time role with a salary range of $77,150 – $94,730 per year, plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise young people on statutory orders, using sound judgement and maintaining explicit professional boundaries.
- Deliver evidence‑based case management focused on realistic, meaningful progress.
- Prepare clear and accurate court reports, plans and recommendations.
- Work closely with families, courts and partner services to support accountability and rehabilitation.
- Manage competing priorities in a role where adaptability is essential.
- Participate in regular supervision and debriefing to manage risk and process difficult work.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant qualification in social work, youth work, psychology, human services, criminology or criminal justice (desirable).
- Final‑year students are encouraged to apply.
- Current Working with Children Check card, with currency maintained throughout employment.




- Full driver’s licence.
- Ability to apply case‑management principles with young people who have complex needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and stakeholder interaction.
- Capacity to remain calm, regulate oneself, and continue work after difficult conversations.
- Openness to supervision, feedback and ongoing learning.

Location & Working Conditions

Positions are based in Dandenong, with flexible work across the South East Metro Region including Ringwood and Frankston.
