We’re hiring a Warehouse and Logistics Lead to own outbound operations end-to-end. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can run a warehouse calmly, accurately, and independently, and who takes real pride in sending out premium orders.

What you’ll own

You’ll run daily outbound dispatch and keep the warehouse operating smoothly and safely. You’ll manage a part‑time driver (2 days/week) and casual packers as needed.

Responsibilities

- Run the daily outbound process end-to-end (pick/pack, dispatch readiness, cut‑off deadlines)
- Manage systems and shipping workflow across Cin7, Courier Portal, Shopify, and our daily manifest
- Print and manage shipping labels, scan and lodge consignments, and ensure every order is correctly dispatched
- Maintain premium packing standards, accuracy, batch checks, and presentation
- Coordinate with our courier partners, troubleshoot issues, and prevent repeat problems through better process
- Train and manage casual packers when needed, and coordinate the driver’s runs and priorities




- Keep the warehouse organised, clean, safe, and disciplined (stock accuracy, tidy benches, transparent zones)
- 3+ years in warehouse operations, fulfilment, dispatch, or logistics
- At least 12 months owning a daily outbound dispatch cut‑off (you’ve run the process, not only picked/packed)
- Confident using warehouse and shipping systems (WMS/ERP + label printing tools)
- Experience coordinating couriers/carriers and solving delivery exceptions
- Comfortable supervising others on the floor (driver + casuals), training people, and holding quality standards

Nice to have

- Cin7 experience
- Cold chain / frozen food handling
- You’ve improved a pick/pack or dispatch process before (simple checklists, controls, error reduction)

Northern Beaches, Sydney. Full‑time. Early starts are part of the job because dispatch deadlines matter. $80,000, full‑time, Northern Beaches
