Responsibilities
- Develop the business case for the SCADA Upgrade Project, including requirements, financial analysis, strategic alignment, and perks.
- Facilitate working group sessions across all projects.
- Elicit and document business requirements, ensuring stakeholder endorsement.
- Support Digital Program Governance processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SCADA or Transmission/Distribution OT utilities.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with digital program governance and financial analysis is preferred.
