The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, hands-on leader to join us in a newly created role. You’ll work directly with our founders, owning the financial heartbeat of the business while helping shape smarter, more efficient operations. About You
You’re not just a numbers person—you’re a strategic thinker who knows how to turn data into decisions. You’ve got:
- A professional finance qualification and 10+ years’ experience
- Strong skills in Xero, Shopify, and Cin7 (ERP)
- Confidence with BI tools and advanced Excel wizardry
- A knack for financial modelling, costing, and FX management
- A sharp commercial eye and a clear sense of what “great” looks like
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with founders to monitor and improve business performance
- Leading monthly management reporting and cash flow oversight
- Driving forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling
- Owning tax and regulatory compliance
- Spotting opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Building systems and processes that scale with us
