SAP & SuccessFactors | End-to-End Payroll | Up to $160k

We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Officer with solid hands-on experience in SAP and SuccessFactors .

This role is ideal for a payroll professional who enjoys ownership, complexity, and working within structured systems; someone who takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and getting payroll right every time.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant end-to-end payroll for a large, complex workforce. Working closely with HR and Finance, you’ll be trusted as a subject-matter expert across SAP payroll processing and SuccessFactors data management.

This is a true senior hands-on role not just ticking boxes, but understanding how payroll, systems, and legislation intersect.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end payroll processing using SAP Payroll
- Managing and maintaining employee data within SuccessFactors
- Interpreting and applying Awards, EBAs, and employment legislation
- Processing PAYG, Superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory reporting
- Managing payroll reconciliations and month-end activities




- Supporting audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex payroll queries
- Partnering with HR on onboarding, terminations, and data integrity
- Contributing to system improvements, testing, and process optimisation

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior Payroll Officer
- Strong, practical experience with SAP Payroll is essential
- Hands-on experience using SuccessFactors is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
- Comfortable working in a high-volume or complex payroll environment
- Detail-oriented, organised, and confident owning your work
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
