We're looking for an experienced Recent Vehicle Sales Consultant ready to make the most of it. You'll sell one of the most trusted and sought-after brands in the country, from a premium Mornington Peninsula location, backed by a group that invests in its people and rewards results.

This is a hands-on sales role for a proven performer — not a entry-level position, so if you know how to close, build loyal guests and hit your numbers,

Qualifications / Experience

- Minimum 3+ years' proven automotive sales experience (essential)

- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Full, current and valid driver's licence (essential)

- Exceptional communication skills

- The ability to build genuine relationships with guests that convert to sales

- Ambition, drive and a highly motivated approach

- The initiative to self-manage your performance

- A genuine team player who lifts those around them
