ProCare Australia, partnering with Kurbingui Youth & Family Development, seeks a Youth and Family Wellbeing Practitioner for Yeaca Dhargo. You will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people and families to build resilience and connection within a culturally grounded service.

You’ll lead intensive case work, link families to cultural supports, and collaborate with Elders and services to strengthen family capacity and safety.
