Shade ‘N’ Sails is a locally owned business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality shade solutions, including shade sails, outdoor blinds and custom structures.

Operating from our purpose-built manufacturing facility, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our production team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role working as part of an experienced and supportive team. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end manufacturing process, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret job instructions and drawings
- Assist with manufacturing processes including cutting, sewing and assembly
- Prepare and complete jobs to specification and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Maintain a clean, secure and organised workspace in line with OH&S; requirements

About You





We’re looking for someone with the right attitude above all else. You will be:

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Motivated with a willingness to learn new skills
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability
- Mechanically minded with basic maths skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Experience in manufacturing or production
- Industrial sewing or fabrication experience
