Quality Hotel Parklake is seeking an enthusiastic Events Experience Coordinator to become the face of our growing events department. This is a unique opportunity to work in a up-to-date hospitality environment supported by AI-driven technology, allowing you to focus on people rather than paperwork.

Working approximately three days per week, you'll be responsible for guiding clients from their first enquiry through to event delivery, ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional service Parklake is known for.

What you'll be doing

- Meet and greet prospective clients.
- Conduct venue inspections and showcase our function spaces.
- Monitor and manage enquiries received through our AI-powered events platform.
- Review AI-generated proposals and ensure accuracy before sending.
- Coordinate confirmed events from booking through to delivery.
- Liaise with the kitchen, restaurant, reception, and operational teams.
- Maintain & monitor event calendars and booking schedules.
- Follow up enquiries and nurture client relationships.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.




- A friendly and professional personality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace new technology.
