About the role

Corsec Services is seeking experienced and professional Security Guards and Control Room Operators to join our growing team in Bendigo, VIC. This is a full-time position based in the local area, offering the opportunity to play a vital role in protecting our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. As a Security Guard or Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and secure environment through vigilant monitoring, rapid response to incidents, and professional customer service. This role is essential to our clients' peace of mind and the success of their operations.

What you'll be doing

Patrolling and monitoring assigned areas to detect any suspicious or unlawful activity.





Responding promptly and appropriately to security incidents and emergencies

Monitoring CCTV feeds and alarm systems in our central control room

Documenting and reporting all security-related activities and occurrences

Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Adhering to all relevant security policies, procedures and legislation

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Security Guard or Control Room Operator

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments

Current Certificate II in Security Operations or equivalent

Valid driver's license, WWCC, a valid First Aid Certificate and security clearance
