DLK Advisory is a modern and progressive accounting firm based in the Melbourne CBD. With around 30 employees, we recognise our success is a reflection of our people and our collective desire to consistently deliver quality service by ‘walking in our clients’ shoes’.
Boasting a diverse mix of expertise, we provide both traditional business advisory services and virtual CFO support to a broad range of clients.
Due to continued business growth, we are looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking to appoint multiple Accountants and/or Senior Accountant to perform a range of financial activities across a breadth of clients.

What does a typical day look like?
Every day at DLK Advisory is guaranteed to keep you engaged and challenged! On any given day you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Performing a range of complex tax and business advisory based activities for clients
- Analysing management accounting reports and providing advice to clients
- Delegating and reviewing work papers completed by team members
- Fostering a culture of respect, empowerment and integrity
The ideal candidate is someone with:
- Several years’ experience in professional services
- Bachelor of Business and CA or CPA qualification (or underway)
- Demonstratedstrategic thinkingandproblem-solvingskills
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Positive‘can do’attitude
