About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Installer with current Connect/Disconnect Licence in NSW and minimum 3 years’ proven experience to join our growing team in Sydney.

This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoys working independently, and values excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for installing a variety of domestic appliances, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, and rangehoods from multiple brands, including premium brands such as Asko, Fisher & Paykel, Miele, Bosch, Electrolux, Smeg, etc.

You are capable of performing 7-9 installations of the abovementioned appliances per day.

Key Responsibilities

- Install a broad range of domestic appliances according to manufacturer and industry standards
- Safely connect and disconnect appliances in compliance with NSW regulations
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues on site
- Provide professional, friendly service to consumers, retailers, and commercial customers
- Liaise closely with the Service Allocations Team and Field Service Manager to ensure smooth job scheduling and completion
- Accurately complete job reports and documentation using company-issued technology
- Maintain strict adherence to Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures

Key Requirements





- Current Connect/Disconnect Licence (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in domestic appliance installation
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong desire to perform and complete 7-9 appliance installations daily, which are combination of simple and complex appliances
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your schedule efficiently
- Well-presented and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision
- Committed to workplace safety and compliance at all times
- Full working rights in Australia
