Administration Support to Mortgage Broker

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Mortgage Broker to join our talented team at Loan Market St Albans.

What you'll be doing

Assisting Mortgage Brokers in the preparation and submission of loan applications

Liaising with lenders, clients and other stakeholders to gather required documentation

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the mortgage process

Supporting the Mortgage Brokers in generating leads and building relationships with referral partners

Make phone calls to potential clients to introduce services

Continuously learning about the latest mortgage products and industry regulations

What we're looking for

6 months' experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the finance or mortgage industry

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients





Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in using mortgage application and CRM software

A genuine interest in the mortgage and finance industry

A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
