We're looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our contractor network in Brisbane.

About the Role

You'll provide occupational rehabilitation services across a range of national schemes, including:





WorkCover Queensland (WCQ)

Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)

DVA Workplace Adjustment Support Program (WASP)

ORAMS

Your work will include:

Managing occupational rehabilitation cases from referral through to completion

Completing workplace, functional and vocational assessments

Developing evidence-based return-to-work strategies

Conducting workplace visits and stakeholder meetings

Liaising with employers, treating practitioners, insurers and other key stakeholders

Supporting workers with physical, psychological and complex injuries

Preparing high-quality reports that support durable return-to-work outcomes

About You

You are an experienced rehabilitation professional who enjoys working autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive team.

You'll have:

Registration as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist

Experience managing psychological and complex injury claims

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong report writing skills

Ability to independently manage a caseload and prioritise work effectively

Requirements

Current National Police Check

Minimum 3 years' occupational rehabilitation experience

Mental Health First Aid certification

Current Queensland Driver Licence

Reliable vehicle

Availability to complete face-to-face assessments throughout the Brisbane region
